Mission
The mission of the Civic Policy Forum is to foster evidence-based, innovative, and inclusive policy research that empowers Delhi-NCR to become a global model of urban development, environmental stewardship, social equity, and effective governance. 

Core Mission Elements

• Produce high-quality research studies, reports, and policy papers on issues critical to Delhi-NCR's development trajectory.

• Ensure methodological rigor through both primary evidence generation (fieldwork, surveys, program evaluations) and comprehensive secondary data analysis.

• Serve as a bridge between academic knowledge, actionable policy insights, and on-ground implementation by engaging government, civil society, academia, and stakeholders.

• Disseminate findings through public reports, policy dialogues, seminars, and direct engagement with the Delhi government to inform decision-making.

• Advocate for institutionalizing evidence-based approaches in government planning and program design.
